Apple Crumble
5-6 apples
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup sugar (or brown sugar)
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 375°. Slice the apples into thin slices. Remove the cores. Layer the apples in a 8′’ X 3′’ inch baking dish. Mix together in a food processor the flour, sugar, butter, cinnamon and salt. Spoon the mixture over the apples. Bake for about 30 to 45 minutes. Enjoy with a scoop of ice cream.
