Crispy Greens with Shiitake Mushrooms

1 lb. chopped green leafy vegetables
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. rice wine
3 tsp. soy sauce
2 garlic gloves
6 green onions
12 oz. Shiitake Mushrooms
sugar and pepper to taste

This is a great dish that works as a starter, side dish, or even full vegetarian meal. You can use any green vegetables like spinach, green cabbage or collards. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok and add the garlic, green onions and mushrooms (all chopped). Stir-fry for a few minutes, and add the rest of the ingredients. Season with pepper and serve in warmed bowls.
