Leafy Green Salad
1 cup romaine lettuce
1/2 cup radicchio
1/2 arugula
1/2 Boston lettuce
1 tomato
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 cucumber
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Wash and tear up all the lettuces. Place them in a large bowl. Cut the tomato, pepper and cucumber and add them to the bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour vinaigrette over salad and serve.
