Aphrodisiac Recipes and Sex Positions

1 oz vodka
1 oz orange liqueur
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 cup cranberry juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)

Pour all the ingredients in a shaker. Mix well. Pour over a glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime wedge.
