Feta and Pepper spread

Feta and Pepper Spread1 roasted red pepper
2 pepperoncinis
2 small dried red chili peppers
1/2 pound feta
3 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons oregano
Pepper to taste
Parsley for garnish

Rinse and drain the red pepper. Remove the seeds from the pepperoncinis and chili peppers. Chop all the peppers and place them in a blender and purée. Crumble the feta and add it to the blender. Then add the oil. Blend until creamy. Place in a bowl and add the lemon juice, oregano and pepper. Mix well. Garnish with parsley and serve with pita bread.
